Dolly

Dolly is the product and PM agent. She decomposes epics into actionable tickets, generates status reports, manages team settings, and reads specs from Confluence and Google Drive.

  • Slack — mention @dolly in any channel where the Slack app is installed
  • Jira — Dolly creates, updates, and reads Jira tickets from Slack conversations but is not directly assignable in Jira
  • Create, update, and search tickets
  • Get epic status and child ticket progress
  • Generate progress reports
  • Bulk create tickets from epic decompositions
  • Search and read Confluence pages
  • Search and read Google Docs

Dolly can take a high-level epic and break it down into well-defined tickets. She proposes the breakdown in Slack with approval buttons — review the proposed tickets, approve or request changes, and she bulk-creates the approved set.

Configure how Dolly works for your team:

  • Default Jira project — which project new tickets land in
  • Acceptance criteria format — checklist, given/when/then, or freeform
  • Default labels — automatically applied to created tickets
  • Ticket templates — reusable structures for common ticket types
  • Target repos — repositories associated with your team

Dolly remembers preferences and context across conversations. She builds up knowledge about your team’s conventions, preferred formats, and recurring project details.

  • Hand off to Buck for implementation work
  • Hand off to Pearl for design tasks
  • Approve or request changes on Pearl’s design deliverables

Dolly’s dashboard sections are available at:
